Order and Delivery ^

When you place an order through our website, you will typically receive the order confirmation from us after one business day. Payment is expected in advance and is deemed as confirmation of your order. We then usually ship your order within two business days.

For the case that a product is unavailable, we will contact you via email to provide you with a revised delivery time. In some cases we may revise shipping cost with you, e.g. if you request shipping outside of North America.

How do I place an order? ^

One convenient and easy way to place your order is right here on our website. Online ordering starts with adding products to your shopping cart, and if you have an account with us you can create a wishlist with your favorite items and review your order history online.

Additionally you are welcome to visit us in person in one of our store locations, or just give us a call at +1 (780) 391-8773 for placing your order over the phone. We are available 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays, and 12:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sundays (Mountain Standard Time).

Where do you ship and how much does it cost? ^

We mainly deliver our products within North America including Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Our current shipping rate is CAD 9.99 within Canada and CAD 19.99 international. Shipping rates however may vary depending on your location, e.g. if you are located in a "Beyond Point" area or live outside North America. Please feel free to inquire about our delivery service in advance, or have us reach out if shipping for your order will differ from this rates.

Do I have to pay taxes when shipping outside of Canada? ^

Whether you have to pay customs duty fees and taxes depends on the country to where your order is shipped.

Please note, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs. These are collected at the time of customs clearance or delivery. The amount for customs duties and taxes depends on the monetary value of your order and the laws and tariffs of the country of destination. Customs duties also depend on trade agreements between Canada and the destination country.

Do you offer returns on products? ^

Yes, we do. Excluding special orders we offer our customers to return any product within 14 days after the product has been received. Simply Health charges a restocking fee of up to 15% for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is responsibility of the customer. We require that the product is in new and sellable state with unopened and undamaged packaging.

Yes, our franchise includes multiple store locations in the greater Edmonton area, Alberta, Canada. Please feel welcome to visit us if you are in the area. We also offer pickup service through our stores, and have trained professionals on site that can help you with your request.
